Our next project is coming soon to the Lynn Valley Town Centre of the District of North Vancouver. We are planning 66 purpose-built market rental units on 6 floors with 2.5 levels of underground parking and 58 parking spots (inclusive of 4 visitor spots). It is located at 1149 and 1155 Lynn Valley Road between Fromme Road and 29th Street East. The proposal is listed as a significant application on the District of North Vancouver's website. 

The development is currently at the design stage and is going through the approval process with the District. The Public Information Meeting is on October 25th, 2023 at The Mollie Nye House, 940 Lynn Valley Road, North Vancouver from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm. The virtual information meeting will be on the District of North Vancouver's website from October 23rd to November 6th, 2023.
